I have a degree in legal studies from the University of Pittsburgh, summa cum laude,  so I spent 14 years managing law firms where I gained hands-on expertise in budgeting, financial planning, human resources, information technology systems administration and business office administration. 

One of the items on my bucket list was to own my own company.  So I left a great law firm, where I had been the Principal Administrator for over 6 years, to design the business administrative foot print used to launch an entrepreneurial professional service organization that provided out-sourced claims management services to self-insured healthcare providers.  My business partners and I took the company national.  For the next 8 years, I was responsible for the day-to-day hands-on business operations of the organization.

Another item on my bucket list was to go back to school. I stepped out of the day-to-day management of my company and returned to the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Business School to earn my Executive MBA.  Soon after I graduated, we sold our company.

So back to my bucket list... another item was: to teach.  After running businesses for over 20 years, now I am teaching small business owners how to take control of their unique business challenges.  I help them become better organized, efficient, productive and profitable.
